Security & Trust
Apex Exchange is designed around the principle that account safety is the user's top priority. We use encrypted storage for sensitive data, cold-wallet custody for the majority of assets, and continuous monitoring to detect suspicious behavior. Authentication options include strong multi-factor authentication (MFA), hardware security key support (U2F/WebAuthn), and session management tools.
Protecting your account
Never share your account password, one-time codes, or recovery keys. Apex Exchange will never request your password over email or social channels. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be Apex Exchange, verify directly through the official site and contact Support immediately.
Support & resources
Our Knowledge Base offers step-by-step guides for account setup, depositing and withdrawing funds, and troubleshooting two-factor authentication. Support is available by email and in-app support chat for verified accounts.
